Job Summary

The Front Desk Supervisor is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless stay for our valued guests. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Front Desk Manager in overseeing the front desk operations and ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Maximize room revenue and occupancy through effective room merchandising and upselling techniques.
  • Monitor and respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure that all rooms are clean and ready for guest arrival.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and reporting, to support the front desk operations.
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license for the applicable state.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
