Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists in providing top-notch services.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet patients with a smile, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • IT Support: Receive training and utilize the iTero scanner to enhance patient care.
  • Pre-Procedure Support: Prepare and educate patients before dental exams, ensuring they feel informed and at ease.
  • Assisting Dentists: Provide support to dentists during procedures, ensuring seamless care.
  • Instrument Sterilization: Maintain a clean and safe environment by sterilizing instruments.
  • Treatment Room Preparation: Prepare treatment rooms to ensure a smooth and efficient patient flow.
  • Medical History Recording: Accurately record patient medical history for each visit.
  • X-Ray Services: Perform X-rays as needed, ensuring high-quality images.
  • Treatment Charting: Chart existing and recommended treatments, providing a clear plan for patient care.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as required to support the office and ensure exceptional patient care.
Qualifications
  • Active RDA License: Possess an active Registered Dental Assistant license.
  • CPR Certification: Hold current CPR certification.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience as an RDA in a dental practice.
  • Travel Requirements: Be prepared for occasional travel to support new office acquisitions.
