Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and Coordinate Activities: Develop and implement personalized activity plans to promote socialization, engagement, and enjoyment for our clients.
  • Personal Care and Hygiene: Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, grooming, and hygiene.
  • Health and Wellness: Monitor and maintain the health and wellness of our clients, including medication management and special diets.
  • Home Management: Assist with household tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Behavioral Support: Develop and implement positive behavior supports to promote healthy habits and relationships.
  • Treatment Planning: Participate in the formulation and implementation of individual treatment plans, including data collection and report-writing.
  • Lift and Transfer Assistance: Provide safe and effective lift and transfer assistance to clients, including non-ambulatory individuals.
Requirements
  • Age and Experience: Be at least 18 years old and have 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred).
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal English language skills.
