Job Title: Compassionate Care Assistant

Estimated Salary: $38,000 - $50,000 per year.

Job Description: As a Care Partner at Waterhouse Ridge Memory Care, you will be responsible for providing personalized care to our residents, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life. Your duties will include assisting residents with daily tasks, managing medications, and engaging in activities that stimulate the mind and body.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as eating, bathing, and dressing.
  • Manage medications, including administration and documentation.
  • Develop and implement activity plans that cater to individual resident needs and interests.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, progress notes, and any notable incidents.

Requirements:
  • Caregiving experience preferred, with a minimum of 1 year of direct care experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid certification in CPR and First Aid.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
