Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care to residents, ensuring their dignity and comfort.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Participate in facility surveys and quality improvement initiatives.
- A minimum 10th-grade education is required.
- Completion of a Nursing Assistant class and certification is necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information.
- Effectively communicate resident information to Charge Nurses and other staff members.
