San Francisco, California, United States Juniper Square Full time
About Juniper Square

We're a technology company that's revolutionizing the private markets industry. Our mission is to unlock the full potential of private markets, making them more accessible and efficient for everyone.

Our team is passionate about using technology to drive innovation and disruption in the financial services sector. We're looking for a talented Product Manager to join our team and help us build the next generation of fund administration technology.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our fund administration product. This is a unique opportunity to work on a cutting-edge technology that's transforming the way investment funds are managed.

As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for defining and shipping complex products in an iterative and agile manner. You'll work closely with our engineering, sales, customer success, and operations teams to ensure that our product meets the needs of our customers.

You'll have a deep understanding of our customers' business problems and workflows, as well as our own delivery team's challenges. You'll use this knowledge to refine our roadmap and lead product development projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop deep empathy for our customers' needs and pain points through close collaboration with our teams and customers.
  2. Build and maintain a prioritized roadmap that ensures we're investing our R&D resources in the areas that will have the highest business impact.
  3. Create innovative specifications and designs in collaboration with our product designers to solve customer problems with a focus on ease-of-use, simplicity, and capability.
  4. Collaborate with engineers to build effective and scalable solutions in software.
  5. Work cross-functionally with product marketing, customer success, operations teams, and more to roll out new capabilities, assess usability, and drive adoption.
  6. Ship features and improvements frequently and iteratively, and motivate those building solutions with an understanding of the 'why' and the 'what' in order to inspire their ownership of the 'how'.
  7. Serve as a leader within the product management organization, setting a good example in your everyday actions, and providing mentorship to junior members of the team.
Qualifications

We're looking for a talented Product Manager with:

  • 7+ years of experience in a product management role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field, or equivalent schooling or training.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and ship complex products in an iterative, agile manner.
  • Comfort working with a range of levels, from envisioning entirely new products to mastering details and edge cases.
  • Proven ability to motivate, lead, and convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences through writing and live presentation.
  • Familiarity with finance and investment concepts is valuable, but not essential.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, equity, and a variety of benefits. Our benefits include health, dental, and vision care for you and your family, life insurance, mental wellness coverage, fertility and growing family support, flex time off, paid family leave, medical leave, and bereavement leave policies, retirement saving plans, and an allowance to customize your work and technology setup at home.

We're an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates. If you're passionate about technology and working with developers, and excited to interface with customers and cross-functional partners, we'd love to hear from you.
