Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in maintaining high standards of store operations, including functioning as the Store Manager in their absence
  • Maintain positive and open communication with the FOH/BOH staff
  • Assist in the maintenance of proper Company and government required documents on staff
  • Assist in writing staff schedules

Standards and Quality
  • Complete daily administrative tasks (reports and banking)
  • Estimate food and beverage costs, maintaining correct inventories (par levels)
  • Assist in the management of all items on the Sales and Cost analysis
  • Assist in maintaining Health Department Standards, including employee hygiene, proper food handling, equipment cleanliness, food temperatures, proper storage and rotation of inventory
  • Maintain all fire code requirements
  • Know and understands preventative maintenance schedules for the store
Sales and Customer Service
  • Address Guest complaints
  • Resolve problems
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Directly supervises 10-20 employees in the FOH and BOH
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One (1) year of related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of Pick Up Stix
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
