DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO DE INGENIERO DE PROYECTO EN CAMPO:
Reportando al Director de Gestión de Construcción, la posición de Ingeniero de Proyecto en Campo es una posición de nivel inicial que proporciona una rotación a través de las funciones operativas principales dentro de Pinkard, con el propósito de adquirir conocimientos/habilidades/aptitudes y una comprensión completa de las operaciones de construcción. El Programa de Rotación también ayudará al empleado y a la organización a entender el mejor camino profesional inicial dentro de Pinkard. Este programa puede durar entre 3 y 5 años, dependiendo de los proyectos disponibles para asignación. La duración promedio es de 4 años.
RESPONSABILIDADES DEL INGENIERO DE PROYECTO EN CAMPO:
Posición: INGENIERO DE PROYECTO EN CAMPO - FASE DE GESTIÓN DE PROYECTOS
Rol Clave: Asiste al Gerente de Proyecto con la administración del proyecto y del contrato.
Fase de Gestión de Proyectos - Responsabilidades:
- Gestión de Seguridad y Riesgos: Prioriza proactivamente la seguridad en todo momento y afirma esa prioridad siempre que sea necesario.
- Submittals y Dibujos de Taller: Responsable del proceso completo de submittals y dibujos de taller, incluyendo organización, programación, envío y seguimiento.
- Solicitudes de Información: Recibe, investiga, organiza, envía, rastrea y asegura la resolución oportuna de las Solicitudes de Información para todos los oficios y proveedores.
- Programación y Adquisiciones: Asiste al equipo del proyecto en la producción y distribución de cronogramas de proyectos iniciales y actualizados.
- Órdenes de Cambio y Control de Revisiones: Rastrear todas las revisiones del proyecto y mantener registros de control de revisiones.
Fase de Operaciones en Campo:
Rol Clave: INGENIERO DE PROYECTO EN CAMPO - FASE DE OPERACIONES EN CAMPO: Exposición a las operaciones en campo y asistencia al equipo del proyecto para asegurar la ejecución exitosa del proyecto.
Fase de Preconstrucción:
Rol Clave: INGENIERO DE PROYECTO EN CAMPO - FASE DE PRECONSTRUCCIÓN: Proporciona exposición introductoria a los Servicios de Preconstrucción. Asiste en la recopilación, cálculo y compilación de datos para su uso en estimaciones conceptuales y propuestas de oferta dura.
REQUISITOS DEL INGENIERO DE PROYECTO EN CAMPO:
- Título universitario en Gestión de Construcción, Ciencias de la Construcción, Ingeniería, Arquitectura o experiencia equivalente.
- De graduado a 3 años de experiencia en construcción comercial.
COMPENSACIÓN:
De acuerdo con la Ley de Igualdad de Pago por Igual Trabajo de Colorado, el rango salarial para esta posición será de $70,000 a $78,000 + Participación en Ganancias. La remuneración base real dentro de este rango se determinará por varios componentes, incluyendo, pero no limitado a, experiencia relevante, equidad interna, habilidades, calificaciones y otros factores relacionados con el trabajo permitidos por la ley.
