Job Overview

Pyrovio is seeking a highly skilled Construction Consultant to implement and audit an established construction planning program for our Electrical Transmission projects. As a key member of our team, you will travel extensively to field projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and share knowledge of construction planning systems, including Last Planner and other industry best practices.
  • Document and analyze construction inefficiencies, identifying root causes and developing recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create process improvement programs, including process documentation, checklists, and work instructions.
  • Provide feedback on cross-functional relationships and facilitate improved communication between teams.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of field experience in Construction Management or Project Management.
  • Experience in developing and implementing program improvements in an Industrial/Construction environment.
  • General knowledge of construction site safety and familiarity with construction best practices, lean construction, and other process improvement tools.
  • High level of interpersonal, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
  • Proficient in MS Suite of software and valid driver's license.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction Technology Management, Construction Management, or Construction Engineering.
  • Experience in the Electrical Transmission Industry.
Travel Requirements

50 to 90% travel, with minimal overnight stays.
