Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Air Traffic Controllers to join our team at multiple locations. This role is critical in managing the safe and efficient flow of air traffic, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with multiple teams in high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Air Traffic Management
    1. Manage and oversee air traffic control operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
    2. Coordinate with pilots, ground crews, and other controllers to manage air traffic flow.
    3. Respond promptly to emergencies and unexpected situations, implementing strategies to mitigate risks.
  2. Regulatory Compliance
    1. Ensure strict adherence to FAA regulations and air traffic control standards.
    2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of air traffic control technologies and procedures.
  3. Team Coordination
    1. Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure seamless air traffic management.
    2. Provide guidance and support to junior controllers as needed.
Requirements
  • Valid Control Tower Operator (CTO) Certificate with Tower Rating.
  • Current Cl II medical certificate.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an FAA security clearance.
  • Shift work is REQUIRED.
  • Extensive experience in air traffic control, particularly in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills.

  • Salary: Competitive base hourly rates ranging from $34.34 to $41.67 depending on location and role.
  • Shift Differentials: 10% night differential premium (6 PM 6 AM) and a 25% Sunday premium.
  • Additional Compensation: Holiday pay, overtime rates for hours worked above 40 per week.
