POSITION SUMMARY
Our cafe personnel serve as the welcoming face of COLECTIVO COFFEE ROASTERS, ensuring every customer enjoys a delightful coffee experience.

Responsibilities encompass a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, processing customer orders, preparing beverages and food items, performing barista duties, managing cash transactions, and maintaining the cleanliness of the cafe.

Team members are expected to possess comprehensive knowledge about our coffee, food offerings, retail products, and other services to uphold our commitment to excellence.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Delivering an outstanding coffee experience within the cafe environment.
  • Crafting all coffee and specialty beverages to meet the highest standards set by the company.
  • Providing customers with prompt and courteous service.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of the cafe and all related equipment.
  • Adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Engaging in personal growth and career advancement through participation in training sessions and self-initiated learning.

Requirements:
EXPERIENCE:
6 months to 1 year of prior experience in espresso preparation is preferred, along with customer service experience in a dining or retail environment.
