Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Coffee Preparation: Prepare high-quality coffee and specialty drinks to company standards, utilizing a thorough understanding of coffee preparation techniques and ingredients.
  • Cafe Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Colectivo Coffee Roasters' products, including coffee, food, and retail offerings, to effectively communicate with customers and make informed recommendations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cafe staff to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 6-12 months of previous espresso preparation experience and customer service experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
