Position Overview:
As a vital member of our lending team, the Lending Services Coordinator II plays a crucial role in evaluating and addressing the requirements of our customer interactions, whether in-person or via phone. This position ensures that our lending systems remain precise and current.
The Lending Services Coordinator is instrumental in supporting marketing and sales efforts within our lending locations, while also providing essential clerical and accounting assistance. Collaboration with various loan officers is key to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
Industry Knowledge:
While our clientele is deeply rooted in agriculture, a background in this field is not a prerequisite for becoming a Farm Credit Lending Services Coordinator. However, the complexity of our loan products and systems necessitates the following competencies for success in this position:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of three years of experience in lending, finance, or a related field.
- Willingness to work overtime with little notice to accommodate customer needs.
- Occasional travel may be required to support other offices or for training purposes.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Ability to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in technology.
- Understanding of credit and accounting principles and practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities.
- High level of integrity.
- Capable of exercising sound judgment and decision-making.
- Approaches work with a positive attitude and high standards.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $33,600 to $47,600, with additional incentive opportunities available.
