Pharmacist - Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Ardent Health, a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.
About the Role- As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing safe and effective medication therapy to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
- You will execute each step in the dispensing process according to law, regulatory standards, and Ardent Health policies and standard of care.
- Perform clinical pharmacist duties in a consistent and complete manner using evidence-based medicine.
- Provide medication education to patients, caregivers, and other healthcare providers.
- Accountable for efficient use of resources to maintain optimal patient care and fiscal responsibility.
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited school.
- Kansas Board of Pharmacy license (or license-eligible).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- ACLS certification.
- Completion of an ASHP approved residency or BPS Board Certification.
- One (1) to two (2) years hospital pharmacy experience.
