Job Title: Field Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Operations Manager to join our team at Gladus, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our field sales and support teams, managing our existing network of clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead our field sales and support teams to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and implement operational and customer support services, tools, and procedures to improve overall performance and profitability.
  • Interact with sales, accounts collections, and technical support teams to improve overall performance and profitability.
  • Manage the existing network of clients, identify new partners, suppliers, and distributors, and negotiate business and technical terms.
  • Cultivate relationships with key players and platform holders in the technology and manufacturing industries.
  • Be responsible for deal pipeline by identifying opportunities that support strategic business priorities.
  • Prioritize and monitor expenditures to ensure operational stability.
  • Direct the installation, regular service, and technical maintenance of product hardware and software.
  • Research industrial and commercial processes improvement opportunities and provide estimations of potential benefits.
  • Regularly review, control, and improve existing and newly set-up accounts.
  • Coordinate and audit technical and collector services teams, establishing KPIs and monitoring progress.
  • Conduct staff performance reviews and disciplinary meetings in line with company HR procedures.
  • Regular location visits, audits for service and marketing compliance.
  • Data analysis of financial accounts and locations performance, preparation of periodical performance reports.
  • Hiring, training, and line-management of field staff, ensuring they follow company procedures and are accountable for work done.
  • Answering customer support phone line and chat enquiries, acting as an escalation point for customer complaints.
  • Logging account audit results and notes into company CRM system.
  • Warehouse stock purchasing control.
Requirements:
  • Own car and clean Driver License (work-related gas and parking compensated).
  • Confidence and experience in building and maintaining relationships with business owners and managers.
  • Proven track record in training and managing technical support and client services teams, as well as field sales representatives.
  • Strong technical background, experience in using CRM and other mobile applications to increase transparency of service.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English required.
