Job Title: Contracts Administrator

CGS (Computer Generated Solutions) is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements, and providing administrative support to our Divisional President and divisional VPs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and maintain contracts to ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and correspondence with stakeholders. Monitor renewals, high-level monitoring/reconciliation of invoicing to ensure adherence to contracts.
  • System Records Maintenance: Create and maintain projects in ERP system.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all parties adhere to contract terms, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
  • Communication: Serve as the point of contact for contract-related inquiries, facilitating communication between internal departments and external partners.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks associated with contracts and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on contract performance, renewals, and compliance for management review.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operational, finance, and procurement teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Executive Admin Support: Administrative support for the Divisional President and divisional VPs.

Required Skills:

  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills; attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with contract law and regulatory requirements is a plus.
  • Experience working with NetSuite is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience as an admin.
  • Proven experience in contract administration.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000
