Job Title: Contract Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Specialist to join our team at Savin Engineers, P.C. in Pleasantville, NY. As a Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties in support of construction management operations, including preparing and reviewing payment applications, performing desk audits of contractor billings, and preparing monthly reports and monitoring contracts.

Responsibilities:
  • Contract Administration: Prepare and review payment applications, perform desk audits of contractor billings, and ensure proper documentation is received from contractors for all aspects of the contract.
  • Contract Monitoring: Prepare monthly reports, monitor contracts, and ensure compliance with company procedures and regulations.
  • Communication: Prepare project meeting minutes, prepare general correspondence, schedule meetings and inspections, and communicate with contractors and other stakeholders.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain databases, records, and filing systems, and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available for all contracts.
Requirements:
  • Education: Associate Degree in Business or related field.
  • Experience: Valid driver's license required. Ability to obtain a high SWAC clearance.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, One Drive, SharePoint, and SAP. Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
