Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a key member of our dental care team, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.

Responsibilities
  • Oral Health Assessments: Conduct thorough oral health assessments, identifying opportunities to discuss the mouth-body connection with patients.
  • Dental Charting and Equipment Maintenance: Review and update dental x-rays and chart notes, maintain dental equipment, and ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance.
  • Patient Care and Education: Record detailed narratives and probing depths for claims, provide fluoride varnish and sealants, and serve as a point of escalation for patient and team relations.
  • Team Collaboration: Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and the team, and contribute to a positive work culture through monthly teambuilding events.
Requirements
  • Certification and Licensure: Current Certification from an accredited Hygiene Program and a valid state license.
  • Communication and Leadership Skills: Demonstrates leadership and strong communication skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dental Software Experience: Previous experience with Airstack dental software is preferred but not required.
