We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team at Aspen Dental. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our dental support organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Patient Care Plans: Collaborate with our doctors to create personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient, utilizing the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines.
- Manage Schedules: Effectively manage your schedule to ensure comprehensive patient care and education, while also maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Continuing Education: Expand your knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development, staying up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies in the field.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our patients.
- Education: Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
