Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough dental examinations to diagnose oral health issues and develop personalized treatment plans.

  • Lead your team of dental assistants, hygienists, and other staff members to ensure smooth patient care and treatment coordination.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans, procedures performed, and patient progress.
  • Stay updated on advancements in dentistry by attending seminars and pursuing ongoing education to provide the latest and best treatments.
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Active state dental license (or in the process of obtaining).
