About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team at Hillcrest Dental Care. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Provide thorough and gentle dental hygiene services to patients, including cleanings, exams, and education on oral health.
  • Build strong relationships with patients, understanding their needs and concerns, and providing personalized care and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with our dental team to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients, including educating them on dental-related conditions, concerns, and recommended treatment options.
  • Motivate patients to move forward with desired restorative treatment options, not exclusive to hygiene-related services.
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist.
  • Confidence in motivating patients to move forward with desired treatment options.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Texas Dental Hygiene License required.
