Job Summary

The Banquet Line Cook is a key member of our culinary team, responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to perfection. This role requires a high level of flexibility, with evening shifts and weekends being a priority.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and stock the station, ensuring all necessary ingredients and equipment are available.
  • Cook menu items in coordination with the rest of the kitchen staff, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Manage the station from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Ensure all food products are prepared correctly and cooked to perfection, adhering to LDV Hospitality's recipes and standards.
  • Complete shift work, as assigned, in a timely and thorough manner, in accordance with department standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Banquet Line Cook in a similar caliber concept.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and bend for extended periods.
Work Environment

Able to withstand fluctuations in temperature within the work environment, from high heat to below freezing.

Ability to perform essential job functions under pressure, maintaining professionalism when working under stress.
