Bilingual Case Coordinator

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Case Coordinator to join our team. As a Bilingual Case Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting foster families and children served by our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a caseload of foster homes and children served to provide a variety of services to support them.
- Serve as a liaison between the proctor parents, school, biological parents, and other collateral agencies as appropriate.
- Conduct home visits and participate in on-call rotation.
- Work with families served between the Rutland and West Springfield offices.
- Competitive salary range: $20.06 - $23.87 per hour.
- Opportunity for additional compensation for higher education/experience in the field.
- 2 weeks of paid orientation training.
- Hybrid position with a mix of field and remote work.
- Monthly in-office meetings.
- Full-time benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and more.
- Valid driver's license.
- 21 years of age or older.
- BA or BS in Human Services related field required.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
- At least two years of related experience with children and families preferred.
- Licensed social worker (LSWA or higher) or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months of hire.
