Role Summary:

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Senior IT Solutions Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing, deploying, and maintaining intricate IT solutions for a varied clientele. You will collaborate closely with our Chief Technology Officer, sales, engineering, and support teams to create and implement tailored solutions that address each client's specific requirements.

Key Duties:

  • System Design: Assist in the architecture and design of IT systems, encompassing cloud solutions, network services, and security protocols.
  • Systems Management: Supervise the ongoing management and enhancement of IT systems to guarantee operational efficiency and dependability.
  • Client-Focused Solutions: Engage with clients to comprehend their IT requirements and deliver customized solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Project Management: Oversee projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Technical Support: Serve as the top level of technical support for resolving complex issues and architecting client projects.
  • Innovation: Propel continuous enhancements and innovations in IT solutions provided to clients, keeping pace with industry trends and advancements.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Documentation: Maintain documentation and compliance standards for system architectures, configurations, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • At least 7 years of experience in IT architecture and solution design, preferably in a managed services context.
  • Deep understanding of Azure services and solutions.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies, operating systems, and security measures.
  • Proven capability to design and integrate IT solutions in a client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Advanced support experience with Mac OS is a plus.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification is advantageous.
