Position Overview

We are in search of a proficient Lead Solutions Architect to enhance our Marketing Technology division. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the architecture framework, technology roadmap, and implementation guidelines for marketing technology initiatives.
  • Utilize Adobe Experience Cloud (including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign) to architect marketing solutions that enhance customer engagement.
  • Design and implement scalable, high-performance data architecture solutions that support marketing analytics, customer segmentation, campaign management, and personalization efforts.
  • Emphasize data modeling, data integrity, data integration, and data governance to optimize data management processes.
  • Provide strategic technological insights to influence the overall marketing technology direction.
  • Collaborate with fellow architects and subject matter experts to ensure seamless integration with the broader technology ecosystem.
  • Incorporate AI/ML models to elevate marketing technology functionalities.
  • Document architectural choices, designs, and requirements with clarity. Maintain architecture diagrams, design documents, and related artifacts.
  • Present architectural solutions to leadership and technical teams to ensure comprehensive understanding and alignment.
  • Offer technical mentorship and guidance to junior architects and engineering teams, promoting best practices in architectural design and execution.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing data storage, processing, and retrieval efficiency through optimization techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years of experience in software architecture, particularly in marketing technology and Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign, along with a solid understanding of web technologies, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading architectural projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Adept at thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Relevant Adobe certifications and enterprise architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF) are advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of experience in data architecture.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and understanding key performance indicators.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics methodologies.
