Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of a fully operational Dialogflow agent for customer support, currently handling 100% of traffic.
  • Develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) Dialogflow agent that leverages existing TensorFlow architecture, significantly reducing development time by an estimated 50-70%.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior management on the adoption of Google Dialogflow and Google Cloud Platform services, influencing the decision to utilize Google Dialogflow CX as the preferred platform.
  • Create and test prototypes of client agents using both Google Dialogflow ES and Google Dialogflow CX.
  • Establish and oversee a governance framework for the development of Dialogflow agents, managing five distinct environments: DEV, QA1, QA4, PROD, and SHADOW PROD.
  • Advise product management on the Service Level Agreements associated with Google Dialogflow and its related cloud services.
  • Recommend alternative Chat-UI solutions to expedite the deployment of agents, achieving a five-month acceleration in production rollout.
  • Independently architect, design, and develop all Dialogflow agents.
  • Provide initial insights on integrating ChatGPT with Dialogflow CX to enhance the accuracy and functionality of existing agents.
