Required Qualifications:
  • Over 10 years of experience in mortgage servicing default and loss mitigation
  • A minimum of 5 years in a leadership position within mortgage servicing operations
  • 5 years of experience in SaaS sales
  • Comprehensive understanding of mortgage compliance
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Capability to manage multiple responsibilities in a demanding environment
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Discretion in managing sensitive information
  • Ability to inspire and lead teams
  • Proficiency in mortgage servicing software
