Job Summary

Citizant is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a HSPD-12 Government Badging Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the enrollment process for Personal Identity Verification (PIV) cards, ensuring the accuracy and security of sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enrollment Process Management: Schedule appointments and service walk-ins for PIV card activations, enrollments, certificate updates, and PIN resets.
  • Verification and Authentication: Verify the authenticity of provided documents and information to prevent fraudulent enrollment attempts.
  • Data Security and Privacy: Handle sensitive personal information with discretion and adhere to data protection regulations and organizational security protocols.
  • Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with applicants, explaining the enrollment process and required documents.
  • Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of the enrollment process, including documentation of each applicant's information and enrollment date.
