Position Details:
FTE: 1.0
Shift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Schedule: Monday - Friday (Flexible)
Work Environment: Outpatient Clinic
Enjoy a balanced work/life schedule with no weekend or after-hours commitments. A flexible shift schedule is available.
Compensation:Base Salary - $165,829.00 plus WRVU
Opportunity to collaborate with surgeons on cataract cases in a supportive collegial atmosphere.
Position Overview:MedChi is seeking an Optometrist to become part of our well-established and thriving practice. The Optometrist will utilize their expertise to deliver high-quality vision care.
The ideal candidate must be capable of independently examining, diagnosing, treating, and managing common ocular conditions, diseases, and injuries as per the regulations set by the state board of optometric practice.
Appropriate consultations will be sought when necessary.Our providers are recognized as leaders in the Northwest Region.

Qualifications:- Successful completion of a professional optometric degree program leading to an OD
- Accreditation by the Accreditation Council on Optometric Education (ACOE)
- Current unrestricted state license to practice optometry
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as an Optometrist

Compensation and Benefits:

As required by various pay transparency laws, we provide a competitive compensation range for candidates in this position.
The pay scale is $143, $195,085.00 USD.However, compensation is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including skill set, experience level, and certifications.
