Alliance Lifetime Mental Health provides mental health services through virtual platforms across Massachusetts and New Hampshire, as well as in-person support at our Lawrence office. We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our multidisciplinary team, working in an environment that promotes autonomy and professional development.

Our mission is to deliver culturally responsive mental health services, as we understand its vital role in overall wellness.

This position starts with part-time hours, with the potential to transition to full-time.

Position Summary:

In collaboration with the Clinical Director and CEO, the Business Development Specialist is responsible for presenting a positive and professional image of the clinic within the community. This role involves executing the clinic's strategic initiatives, enhancing its brand and image, and effectively managing assigned territories and accounts. A passion for fostering growth within the mental health sector, along with exceptional communication skills, resourcefulness, and patience, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement business development strategies in consultation with the Clinical Director and CEO.
  • Maintain a schedule of primary mental health referral contacts and document these interactions in our database.
  • Keep current account information and business development referral/admission records, including preparing relevant reports and materials.
  • Develop and nurture new account relationships and marketing strategies with referral sources, focusing on increasing business in competitive markets.
  • Represent the clinic at professional events, effectively communicating our mission in all outreach efforts. Act as a liaison between the clinic, referral sources, and the public to enhance the clinic's goals and professional image.
  • Manage leads from referral sources to ensure a smooth admissions process for clients.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with the intake and management teams.
  • Stay informed about industry changes through self-education, peer interactions, and community involvement.
  • Participate in management meetings to provide updates and maintain knowledge of intake processes.
Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Behavioral Health, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a healthcare business development or marketing role, preferably within the addiction or mental health treatment sectors.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
Salary Range:

$30,000 to $50,000
