Logistics Operations Coordinator

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Logistics Analyst to join our team in the Fort Meade, MD location and will be part of a team that provides technical administrative support and logistical support for our Intel Customer.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistical operations, including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation, to ensure sufficient supply of goods and products.
- Control the commercial impact of the complete range of activities from receiving, locating, and dispatching, sourcing, purchasing, and optimizing inventory levels.
- Administer an effective system that meets the organization's inventory control needs through efficient transportation of raw materials, component parts, and/or finished goods.
- Perform routine assignments in the entry-level to a professional job progression.
- Typically require a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
- Use existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems.
- Receive instruction, guidance, and direction from others.
- Require conceptual knowledge of practices and procedures within a particular area of expertise.
- Apply general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience.
- No supervisory responsibilities; accountable for own contribution.
- Solve routine problems using existing procedures and standard practices.
- Have limited impact on own work team; work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Exchange basic information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
- Ability to operate a 26-foot high box truck for deliveries within 50 miles.
- Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
- 3 years of relative experience in Logistics.
- Ability to pass Department of Transportation (DOT) physical.
- Currently holds an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
- Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch, and knee.
- Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
- Regular operation of computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
- Ability to operate motorized and nonmotorized pallet jacks and reach trucks.
- Frequent communication with co-workers, management, and customers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
