Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Staff One, Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of our apartment complex run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete all maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform make-ready process of vacant apartments as directed by the Property Manager
  • Work within established expense limits to maintain cost-effective operations
  • Schedule and complete preventative maintenance programs to ensure optimal building systems performance
  • Coordinate special projects as directed by the Property Manager
  • Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors
  • Provide 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled
  • Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned
  • Complete grounds work as directed by the Property Manager, including trash removal, curb sweeping, and landscaping maintenance
  • Alert the Property Manager of any unusual occurrences or damage
  • Complete payroll timesheets and mileage reimbursement as required
Requirements
  • Two years of maintenance experience
  • Strong customer service background and skills
  • Basic mechanical aptitude
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Access to necessary hand tools
