As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and attractiveness of our properties. This full-time position will support multiple properties in the Milwaukee area and require on-call responsibilities for emergencies.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Corrective Maintenance through completing work requests
  • Assisting with apartment make-ready tasks, such as painting, cleaning, and replacing appliances
  • Assisting with snow removal as needed
  • Preventative Maintenance
  • Emergency Maintenance
  • Maintaining inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
  • Establishing and maintaining good relationships with residents, vendors, and coworkers
  • Assisting outside contractors when services are required
  • Picking up trash on property to maintain cleanliness and safety

Requirements:

Education, Work Experience, Licenses, and Certifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: At least three years of full-time maintenance experience
  • Licenses: Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
