Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the objectives, scope, and product domain are clearly understood by all members of the Agile Team.
  • Identify effective strategies for managing the Product Backlog.
  • Assist the Agile Team in recognizing the importance of well-defined Product Backlog items.
  • Comprehend product planning within an empirical framework.
  • Guide the Product Owner in organizing the Product Backlog to optimize value delivery.
  • Embrace and promote agile methodologies.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies as necessary.
  • Support the product team in refining user stories to ensure they contain all essential information.
  • Coach the Development Team towards self-organization and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Assist the Development Team in delivering high-value products.
  • Eliminate obstacles hindering the Development Team's progress.
  • Lead all team gatherings, including Daily Stand-ups, Grooming Sessions, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Champion and mentor the organization in its adoption of Scrum practices.
  • Strategize Scrum implementations across the organization.
  • Educate employees and stakeholders on Scrum principles and empirical product development.
  • Drive changes that enhance the productivity of the Agile Team.
  • Collaborate with other Agile facilitators to improve the overall effectiveness of Scrum within the organization.

Compensation: $60 - $65 per hour (W2 only)
