We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead our team at Ballyhoo Media, a leading Out of Home (OOH) media agency. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless execution of static and digital media campaigns, business development initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project management, be familiar with both waterfall and agile methodologies, and excel in managing cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and deadlines.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage a unique and broad spectrum of projects that span various aspects of the business, from traditional campaign launches, to marine technical dry docks, through bespoke business application development and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide project management to:
- Campaign Execution (Static & Digital)
- New Business Development Projects
- Operationalization of New Inventory Assets
- Marine Dry Dock Projects & Vessel Deployment Planning
- Business Application Development & Implementation
- Continuous Improvement Initiatives
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Marine Engineering, Information Systems Management or related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of project management experience, ideally in marketing, media, marine, or the OOH industries.
- Certifications: PMP, CAPM, or Lean Six Sigma certification(s) preferred.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, particularly waterfall and agile approaches.
- Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, or similar), Google Suite, Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Experienced in developing process maps to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
Work Environment:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of the job. The environment includes office locations, and/or moving inside/outside the office. A high noise level is possible if visiting boats or offsite locations. Personal protective equipment will be provided as needed in these situations.
