Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at P.I. Roofing and Home Solutions. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for selling assigned and self-generated opportunities, presenting persuasive sales solutions to customers, and following and achieving company sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess the ability to sell assigned and self-generated opportunities.
  • Present persuasive sales solutions to customers.
  • Follow and achieve company's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly & yearly basis.
  • Be proactive in following up with customer referrals to increase sales opportunities.
  • Clearly communicate with customers and support staff.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Roofing and construction experience preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions.
  • Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
  • Not afraid of heights.
  • Understand OSHA safety protocols.
  • Ability to set up and climb ladders to access the roof.

This is a guaranteed salary PLUS commission position.

We are a full-service commercial and residential roofing and construction company. We are very aggressively leading the industry in best practices and educating the consumer. We spend a lot of time, money and effort in training to better serve our clients. We have a complete office staff, residential and commercial vendors, repair and service technicians, as well as subcontractors. We serve in central Arkansas and surrounding states, working on commercial and residential projects. Our base is located in a 20,000-square-foot warehouse/offices located in North Little Rock.
