We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at Armand Corporation, an award-winning M/WBE Construction Management firm in New York and New Jersey.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in HR management, particularly in benefits functions within the construction industry. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is required.
This full-time position involves managing operational HR functions, including payroll processing, compliance tracking, and benefits administration. The successful candidate will also be responsible for analyzing current processes and workflows to identify areas of improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and take ownership of various HR functions, including payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Oversee critical operational functions and shape systems and processes that support company operations.
- Analyze current processes and workflows to identify areas of improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in HR management within the construction industry.
- Active listening skills and ability to maintain confidential information.
- A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
