About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned People Operations Manager to join our team at PatientIQ. This is a unique opportunity to shape the strategic direction of our People function from the ground up and play a critical role in building and scaling our HR practices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement HR Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with PatientIQ's business goals, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, and performance management.
  2. Lead Talent Acquisition: Drive recruitment efforts to attract top talent, including defining job roles, managing the interview process, and developing competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  3. Design Onboarding Process: Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding process to ensure new hires are set up for success. Establish continuous learning and development programs to support employee growth.
  4. Enhance Employee Experience: Foster an inclusive and positive workplace culture by serving as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership, providing guidance on HR policies, conflict resolution, and career development.
  5. Ensure Compliance: Verify that all HR practices are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations. Manage employee documentation and maintain accurate records.
  6. Evaluate HR Systems: Assess and implement HR systems and tools to streamline processes and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong track record in strategic HR leadership, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Benefits
