  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, including promoting products, events, and services.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Conduct regular team meetings, provide updates on sales performance, and discuss areas for improvement.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize losses.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school graduate or equivalent required; college degree or some college preferred.
    • Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a lead role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
    • Knowledge of the tackle industry and products.
    • Fluent in English.
  • Physical Requirements
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
    • Ability to stand, sit, bend, and lift throughout the course of a scheduled shift.
  • Travel Requirements
    • Occasional travel required (approximately 20% of the time) for events, training seminars, and corporate meetings.
  • Work Schedule
    • At least 45 hours per week required; varied schedule with overtime possible.
    • Requests for time off may or may not be granted during blackout periods.
