Job Title: Intellectual Property Internship

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Intellectual Property team as an Intern. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of Intellectual Property and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our team with various tasks, including creating financial models, drafting reports and presentations, reviewing documents and depositions, and meeting with clients and counsel to collect information for reports and analyses.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions
  • Prepare and present reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Review and analyze documents and depositions to identify key information
  • Assist with practice development efforts, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them
  • Meet with clients and counsel to collect information for reports and analyses
  • Perform general administrative and support duties as needed
Requirements:
  • Working towards an undergraduate business degree in Finance or Accounting with a GPA of 3.5 or above
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and flexibility
  • Great attitude and client presence
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Local candidates preferred (relocation package is unavailable)
