Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in patent litigation and IPRs.
  • Patent bar registration preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or electrical engineering or advanced degree in biotechnology.
  • Strong writing and analytical skills.
  • High degree of initiative and ability to work independently.
  • JD from an ABA-approved law school and active membership in good standing of at least one bar, Texas preferred.
