We are seeking a highly motivated Agile Transformation Specialist to join our team at Quartz Health Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving our transformation journey and championing the adoption of continuous improvement practices and methodologies throughout our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate current state processes and workflows using data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans to meet goals and enhance the flow of value.
  • Create a compelling vision and story for opportunities, gaining buy-in through effective communication techniques, awareness and understanding of the audience, and value delivery/continuous improvement expertise.
  • Manage and lead meetings, summarize decisions and next steps, assist in communications, and enable the development of improvement implementation plans.
  • Participate in the identification, collection, and reporting of metrics to track progress towards building a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Coach and facilitate teams to conduct ongoing identification, prioritization, preparation, execution, and follow up on continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience completing continuous improvement projects and workshops and demonstrating reduction in cycle/lead time, improvement in value flow, and improved quality results.
  • Bachelors or Associates degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
