ABOUT THIS POSITION
At One Way Wireless Construction, Inc., we pride ourselves on being leaders in the development of cellular telecommunications infrastructures. Our company is a comprehensive contractor known for our expertise in installation, testing, and maintenance, making us the trusted choice for our clients. This role will report directly to the Fleet Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on company vehicles and equipment, including small engine machinery, skid loaders, excavators, pickup trucks, and trailers.
- Manage inventory effectively to ensure all necessary supplies are available.
- Facilitate the pickup and delivery of materials as required.
Qualifications:
General Requirements:
- Successful completion of a drug test, pre-employment physical, and background check is mandatory.
- A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are essential.
- Experience and knowledge in using hand tools are required.
- Consistent attendance and reliability are expected.
- Ability to communicate professionally with team members and supervisors.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.
Travel Requirements:
- Occasional local travel may be necessary.
Physical Demands:
- Regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, and sit, as well as move, transport, and position objects weighing 50 pounds or more in various weather conditions.
- Frequent use of hand and power tools is necessary.
Benefits Overview:

The hourly wage ranges from $20 to $25, depending on qualifications.
