Job Overview

As a Sales and Support Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining profitable business relationships and parts and service sales in assigned territories. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Obtain accurate and adequate credit information on all accounts and assist in the collection of past due accounts receivable.
  • Achieve market goals and objectives on all products, including parts and service sales.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales paperwork.
  • Clearly communicate manufacturer's warranty on all sales and/or rentals.
  • Submit parts and service contract proposals as deemed appropriate.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Strong commitment to safety in all aspects of the position and with internal and external customers and employees.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the equipment or related industry with direct product support and sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills to independently handle diverse business needs of varied importance.
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills and ability to procure cooperation of team members.
