Role Summary: As a Content Sales Specialist at Paul Davis, you will play a crucial role in our mission to restore what is most valuable to our clients. This position is essential for driving business growth through the sale of our exceptional content restoration services. You will engage with clients, manage intricate restoration projects, and ensure effective collaboration with insurance providers, utilizing your skills in sales, project management, and customer relations to help clients recover after a disaster.

Key Responsibilities:Client Interaction and Sales:
  • Initial Assessment: Conduct meetings with clients, including homeowners, businesses, and insurance representatives, to evaluate damage to contents and outline the restoration process.
  • Service Presentation: Showcase and sell the comprehensive content restoration services offered by Paul Davis, which may encompass cleaning, deodorizing, restoring, and securely storing items.
  • Customized Solutions: Collaborate with clients to develop personalized restoration strategies that meet their unique requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.
Business Development and Sales Expansion:
  • Opportunity Identification: Seek out and cultivate new business prospects, establishing relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, and other potential referral sources.
  • Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor offerings to refine the company’s content restoration services and sales tactics.
  • Networking: Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance the visibility of our services and build a robust network of potential clients and partners.
Qualifications:
  • Sales Proficiency: Demonstrated sales and negotiation capabilities, with a background in service-oriented sales, ideally within the restoration sector.
  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, insurance representatives, and team members.
  • Analytical Problem-Solving: Ability to accurately assess damage and propose viable restoration solutions.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with the restoration process, including cleaning methods, materials, and equipment utilized in content restoration.
