Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute sales strategies across the distribution channel to drive growth on key objectives and deliverables.
  • Budget Management: Construct and oversee the sales budget in collaboration with Sales Directors, ensuring alignment with performance expectations.
  • Customer Partnerships: Partner with corporate account executives from major companies to develop collaborative plans, including targeted sales initiatives, marketing strategies, category optimization, innovation launches, and promotional activities.
  • Internal Collaboration: Engage with internal support teams to foster sales growth and advocate for critical opportunities and projects.
  • Training Programs: Design and implement top-tier training programs for the overall sales process and specific product categories to ensure team effectiveness.
  • CRM Optimization: Work alongside the internal support team to enhance our CRM technology platform, facilitating key development activities.
  • Market Insights: Provide valuable market insights to various teams to develop programs that strengthen strategic customer relationships.
  • Broker Management: Assess and cultivate partnerships with brokers to stimulate incremental growth and profitability.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience leading a diverse, remote sales team, preferably within the foodservice channel.
  • Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as necessary (35%).
