Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as the Director of Institutional Research and Effectiveness for the State of Georgia. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of higher education, accreditation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to improve institutional effectiveness and compliance.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of institutional data to inform decision-making and drive improvement.
  • Collaborate with college administrators and staff to ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including accrediting agencies and government officials.
  • Provide leadership and direction to administrators and staff in developing, implementing, and evaluating programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Five (5) years of related work experience.
