We are a dynamic team of eight physicians and four advanced practice providers, supported by a clinical performance nurse, working together to deliver exceptional patient care at MultiCare Allenmore Hospital in Tacoma, Washington.
Our PracticeWe welcome the challenge of complex cases, working in an open ICU with 24/7 intensivist critical care coverage for backup and daily rounding during the day and available by phone at night. Our team hosts monthly gatherings, informative lunch and learn sessions, and celebratory occasions to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Benefits and Growth OpportunitiesWe offer a competitive salary range of $341k - $365k, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability, 401k with match, paid medical malpractice and tail coverage, and annual CME allowance. We also sponsor H1B and J1 visa candidates and have excellent in-house visa specialists and licensing and credentialing experts.
