Golden Aluminum is seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our team in a manufacturing environment. As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for the daily operation of heavy, moderately complex foundry equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and quality standards.
- Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.
- Collaborate with production team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure products meet customer specifications.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment operation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
- $20+ per hour (dependent on qualifications).
- Up to $1,000 quarterly bonus.
- $3 per hour night shift differential.
