Job Title: Production Team Lead

At Golden Aluminum, we are committed to excellence in our operations and are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Team Lead to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Production Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our aluminum rolling mill, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and are produced in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the production team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that all materials are available when needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Identify and address any safety or quality issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Provide training and guidance to new employees, and mentor existing team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Monitor and report on production metrics, including quality, productivity, and safety performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the aluminum industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
